Free Cancellation Period

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled arrival date at 3:00 PM local hotel time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

Modifications

Reservation modifications (date changes, length of stay adjustments) are subject to availability and rate changes. Modifications made within the 48-hour cancellation window may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and cancellation fees may apply.

Specialized Cancellation Policies

Different cancellation terms may apply for specific reservation types:

Non-Refundable Rates

Some reservations are offered at discounted "non-refundable" rates. These reservations require full prepayment at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded regardless of the circumstances.

Advanced Purchase Rates

Advanced purchase rates typically require full prepayment at the time of booking and have stricter cancellation policies. Specific terms will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Special Events and Peak Periods

During high-demand periods, special events, or holidays, extended cancellation periods of 7 to 14 days may apply. These special policies will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Group Bookings

Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to separate cancellation terms as specified in the group contract.

Package Reservations

Reservations that include special packages (spa, dining, entertainment) may have different cancellation policies that apply to both the room and the package components. These will be specified during booking.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification.

  • For standard rate reservations, no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
  • For non-refundable or advanced purchase rates, the full prepayment is forfeited.
  • For multi-night reservations, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the reservation after a no-show on the first night.

Early Departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, the hotel may charge an early departure fee:

  • Standard rate reservations: One night's room charge may apply for early departure.
  • Non-refundable or advanced purchase rates: No refund will be issued for unused nights.

To avoid early departure fees, please notify the front desk of any changes to your departure date as soon as possible.

How to Cancel or Modify a Reservation

You can cancel or modify your reservation through any of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account on our website and manage your reservation.

If you booked through a third party, please contact them directly to process your cancellation or modification request.

Force Majeure and Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of force majeure or extenuating circumstances that prevent you from honoring your reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your situation:

  • Serious illness or injury requiring hospitalization
  • Death of an immediate family member

Deposit and Payment Policies

Non-Refundable and Advanced Purchase Rates

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. The credit card provided will be charged immediately for the total amount of the stay plus applicable taxes.

Refund Processing

For eligible cancellations where a deposit or prepayment has been made, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Banking institutions may require additional time to process the refund.

Guest Responsibility

It is the guest's responsibility to:
